How do I know what size will fit my child?

Our sizing is comparable to several of the leading department stores, but as children are forever growing, measure your child and compare them to the sizing chart on the bottom of the product page. If they are in between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger of the sizes.

Why are these more expensive than the clothes I buy from major department stores?

Even though these products are designed to ‘look’ like regular clothing, they are far from it. There are many features that are not included in standard clothing ranges. We also want to ensure that those who manufacture these items get paid a fair wage, just like you or I would expect if we were sewing them.

I’ve just placed my order, how long until it’s posted out to me?

We process all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment (with the exception of orders placed over the weekend  or on public holidays). Once an order is processed, we’ll do our best to dispatch orders on the same or next business day.

 

Can I claim these products through NDIS?

As every person's NDIS plans and goals are different,  we recommend that you communicate with your LAC to ensure our products meet the NDIS goals that are in your current plan.

 

Do you post overseas?

Currently we only sell within Australia.
