Refund policy
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
The focus of Sensory Friendly Clothing is to provide quality products to our customers.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy below to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a credit. Our returns policy has been developed in accordance with the rights you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund and the product packaging must be in a re-saleable condition. The product must not have been worn, washed, damaged or any part of the item removed. If your item fails to meet these criteria it may not be refunded.
Please ensure that the items returned are packaged into one parcel and we suggest that you send the parcel express post with tracking.
Please also note that shipping costs are not refunded unless the item has been deemed faulty.
Exchange
Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item chosen is a different product and there is a price difference, a payment or refund will be required. The customer is required to pay shipping costs to return the product to Sensory Friendly Clothing as well as the shipping costs to send out the new product.
If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at orders@sensoryfriendlyclothing.com.au to receive a returns form.
Please send through the tracking number of the parcel once you have sent it back (including all packaging and labels), as if the clothing is not safely returned, we are not liable to replace/refund your item/s.
Faulty Items
Sensory Friendly Clothing prides ourselves on creating high quality products for our customers. If your purchase is faulty in any way, please contact us ASAP at orders@sensoryfriendlyclothing.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product.
Please keep all packaging information as this will also be required to return with the item. Sensory Friendly Clothing will send you a postage satchel to return the faulty good(s).
Refunds
Refunds can only be provided if a product is faulty and non-replaceable.
Please contact us at orders@sensoryfriendlyclothing.com.au for approval of the refund and we will email you a returns form to complete.
Please note that if the item is deemed faulty, the purchase price plus delivery charges will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
Discounts and Coupon Codes
We may offer discounts or coupon codes from time to time.
Discounts and coupon codes are not available in conjunction with any other offer (for example, if we have two promotions on offer at the same time, you can only apply one discount or coupon code to a purchase, not both).
Discounts and coupon codes are available for the stated time, or else for a period of seven (7) days from the date that the offer was first made, or until stocks last (whichever occurs first).
Unless we specify otherwise in our offer, discounts and coupon codes are available on full priced goods only.
Coupon codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to revoke any discount offer or coupon code at any time without notice.
Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” refers to if you have simply changed your mind after ordering from Sensory Friendly Clothing. It also includes items that don’t fit the way you anticipated, purchases you have made in error or unwanted gifts.
Sale items are not returnable unless deemed faulty by us.
Sensory Friendly Clothing accepts change of mind returns provided they meet the guidelines below:
- You must return the item within 30 days in its original packaging with your proof of purchase included
- The item must be unworn (with the exception of trying it on) and unwashed with tags still intact.
The cost of shipping to return the product must be paid by the customer. If a replacement product is to be supplied, the cost of shipping must be paid by the customer (unless it is deemed a faulty product by Sensory Friendly Clothing).
Returns Process
Please email us at orders@sensoryfriendlyclothing.com.au and we will send you a returns form. Complete the returns form and post it together with the items to Sensory Friendly Clothing at the address provided on the returns form.
